OUTERLIGHT STREET TEAM FOCUS
We are a team of people dedicated to launching and growing the awareness of new and established artists in the music industry, and helping launch new products (OuterLight Entertainment’s Marketing Resources) for leading brands. In many cases this action will drive an event such as a concert or help seed a new product in the marketplace. The OuterLight Street Team is a grassroots movement that plays a critical role in building awareness through nontraditional channels that drive direct peer-to-peer influence. Our team members can be found all over the Southeast, on high school and college campuses and mom’s that are just looking to be involved with something passionate and fun. WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
The only requirement to be a member of the Outerlight Street Team is PASSION! We are looking for Teens, College Students and Adults that love to interact with people to help spread the word about an artist, event or product. Posting and passing out materials such as concert flyers at bookstores, coffee shops, churches, campuses, events/concerts and the web or any place where people live and play, is generally how we work. New product launches is more targeted, based on the demographic and brand position and has a more formalized plan for OuterLight Entertainment’s marketing clients.

WHAT THE DIFFERENCE IN STREET TEAM vs. DAY-OF VOULENTEER?
We have two different needs for members of our team. We need people to go out and spread the word about upcoming events, or artists PRIOR to the event. We also need people on the DAY OF the event to assist with the actual event itself.

Day-Of Volenteers tasks may include:
          • Help assist with loading in and out in order to set up and tear down an event.
          • Hospitality Rooms; green rooms, meet & greet, dressing rooms, etc
          • Assist with running errands for Band, Management, and Promoter.
          • Work the Merchandise and Ticketing/Will call table.
          • Security or any other day-of activities that may be needed
